WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING?

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING?

Purpose No. 1: Consent of the data subject granted at the time you send us an inquiry.

Purpose No. 2. Compliance with contractual obligations arising from the purchase of products and/or services, under the terms set out in any contract that may be formalized, as well as compliance with the corresponding tax and legal obligations arising therefrom.

The DATA CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER'S publicly available information, in particular their profile name. The data subject's consent to participate in recruitment processes, granted when you submit your curriculum vitae, either through paper or electronic forms in which you specifically provide your consent. If you send us your curriculum vitae by email, we will consider that you have authorized us to process it. If we consider it appropriate to retain your CV, we will reply by email informing you of our Data Protection Policy.

WHAT ARE THE DATA RETENTION CRITERIA?

Purposes No. 1 and 2. We will retain your personal data for the duration of the applicable statutory limitation periods and for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the relationship between the parties. Once the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and processed, it will be deleted.

Purpose No. 3. Data retention period for the sending of commercial communications:

- If you have given us your express consent, we will retain your data until you decide to withdraw your consent or object to the processing.
- If you have maintained a contractual relationship with us and we send you commercial communications, we will retain your data until you object to such processing.

Images or personal data published on our social media pages and website will be retained for as long as they remain published on those profiles and the data subject does not withdraw their consent. Once consent has been withdrawn or the original publication has been removed, the data may be retained in a duly restricted form for the applicable statutory limitation periods in order to respond to any potential claims.

Purpose No. 5. Curriculum vitae received will be deleted if the applicant is not selected for any recruitment process we may conduct. In any event, they will be retained for a maximum period of one year.

Due to the risk of fraud in digital communications, users must verify by telephone with their usual contact any change of bank account details before making a payment. The USER may always manage their connections, remove content that is no longer of interest, and restrict with whom they share their connections by accessing their privacy settings.

Publications

Once the USER becomes a follower of, or joins, the DATA CONTROLLER'S social media profile, they may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other multimedia content supported by the relevant platform. In all cases, the USER must own the published content, hold the relevant copyright and intellectual property rights, or have obtained the consent of any affected third parties.

Any publication on the social media platform, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, or similar content, that is contrary to or may be considered contrary to morality, ethics, good taste, or decency, and/or that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or applicable law, is expressly prohibited.

In such cases, the DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to remove the content immediately without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

Data of Minors or Persons with Special Needs

Access to and registration on the DATA CONTROLLER'S social media profiles is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age. Furthermore, if the USER has special needs, the intervention of the holder of parental authority or guardianship, or of their legal representative by means of a valid document proving such representation, will be required. The DATA CONTROLLER shall be expressly exempt from any liability arising from the use of its social media profiles by minors or persons with special needs. The DATA CONTROLLER'S social media profiles do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors. Therefore, if the USER is under 18 years of age, they must not register with, use the DATA CONTROLLER'S social media profiles, or provide any personal information.
